Refined Painting offers residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, and deck/fence staining. All services are subject to availability and agreement upon a written estimate or contract.

2. Estimates & Payments

• Estimates are free and non-binding until a service agreement is signed.
• Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be outlined in your estimate or contract.
• Failure to make payment in accordance with the terms may result in delays or cancellation of service.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans may change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment:

• Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Emergency reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the estimate process
• Ensure the work area is accessible and free from hazards
• Notify us of any pets, valuables, or sensitive areas

We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed conditions.

5. Warranty

We stand by our work. Refined Painting offers a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty on most services. Warranty details are provided upon service completion. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to weather, misuse, or neglect
• Areas not included in the original scope of work

6. Limitation of Liability

Refined Painting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Refined Painting. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. Refined Painting is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
